Process outline
High-level flow only. Unit sizes, media and chemical recipes are confirmed after sample / engineering — not invented here.
- Feed preparation & scrubbing Receive run-of-mine or crude kaolin; scrub and disperse to liberate clay from grit and coarse gangue.
- Classification & desanding Hydrocyclones / screens remove sand and oversize so the fine clay fraction advances cleanly.
- Iron removal (magnetic separation) Wet high-gradient magnetic separation removes weakly magnetic iron minerals that hurt whiteness. Matched separator models are selected after sample test.
- Bleaching / chemical finishing (as required) Where chemistry is needed for brightness targets, bleaching and related steps are integrated into the flowsheet — details confirmed after lab work.
- Dewatering, drying & packing Filter press / thickening, drying and packing to the product form your market needs (lump, powder, or slurry hand-off).
Process expansion slot
