Potassium and sodium feldspar beneficiation line for ceramics and glass: crushing, grinding, classification, iron removal and finishing — sold as a process design, not loose parts.

Process outline
High-level flow only. Unit sizes, media and chemical recipes are confirmed after sample / engineering — not invented here.
- Crushing & grinding Reduce ore to the liberation size needed for iron-bearing minerals and feldspar separation.
- Classification Control particle size distribution for ceramic body or glass-grade feldspar products.
- Iron removal Wet and/or dry magnetic separation stages lower Fe₂O₃ that causes ceramic spotting or color issues. Separator selection follows sample test.
- Optional flotation / washing Where mica or other gangue requires it, flotation or washing stages can be added to the flowsheet after mineralogy review.
- Dewatering, drying & packing Finish to the moisture and packaging form required by ceramic or glass customers.

Yes. Flowsheets differ by ore type and product market (ceramics vs glass). We design from your assay and sample, not a one-size template.

No. Price on request. Commercial BOMs come from our company files after engineering — we do not invent parameters here.
How does the free sample test work?
Send 2–5 kg to our Shishan factory. We issue a test report within 5 days of receiving the sample, then recommend the line configuration.
