Process outline
High-level flow only. Unit sizes, media and chemical recipes are confirmed after sample / engineering — not invented here.
- Crushing & scrubbing Size reduction and scrubbing to liberate clayey or magnetic impurities from bauxite lumps.
- Classification / washing Wash and classify to the size fractions your downstream process (refractory, cement additive, or further refining) requires.
- Magnetic / iron impurity control Magnetic separation stages target iron-bearing minerals that hurt refractory grade or alumina quality. Exact stages follow sample mineralogy.
- Dewatering & stockpile / packing Dewater and handle product to stockpile or bagged form per customer logistics.

Is this an alumina refinery plant?
No. We design mineral processing / beneficiation lines around bauxite feed preparation and impurity control. Full Bayer-plant engineering is outside this skeleton scope.
Can you expand the flowsheet later?
Yes. This site leaves expansion slots for additional unit operations once company-approved BOMs are ready.
